发帖数: 63 | 7 因为不是大公司，所以内部大多是有至少5年以上工作经验的人，很多engineer是在大
公司做几年后来这里的。整个公司的氛围比较活跃，但对于new graduate来说，pay的
不如那些知名的大公司好。但对于喜欢小公司的工作氛围，并对hadoop，bigdata这个
领域感兴趣的人来说是个不错的选择。 |

发帖数: 87 | 17 I interviewed with 7 Indians. 6 of them are nice, and some engineers are
very smart. After talking to Pinaki (VP of engineering), I told my recruiter
that I choose to be unemployed rather than working for this VP. He is a
seriously joke. I do not see how things are going to work out if you are
under the leadership of this guy.

至少别人看你是个肯自学的人。
现在很多学校包括社区大学都教hadoop。帮听一个学期也行啊。 |

发帖数: 626 | 20 没想到这个公司还会被讨论，我以为挺小的呢，我也来分享下我的经历：我几个月前面
试过一个finance方面的职位，公司的HR, Cindy Arthur和面试我的Controller，
Kathie Do都非常的nice和好说话，就是温和有礼貌的交流吧，然后那个CFO， Dan
Atler，简直就是个totally asshole，现在想起来当时应该表现的更有骨气一点中止谈
话的，可是毕竟是第一次面试中遇到这样的人，包子了，过程是这样的，这个CFO是面
试我的最后一个人，一上来一拿我的简历就拿我现在工作的公司开玩笑（我是骑驴找马
），我们公司做的东西确实有争议，然后他就说我们公司怎么怎么地，还说"I will
never do that!",意思就是说不会用我们公司的产品吧，我当时就回应说，“这就跟做
枪的厂商一样的道理，制造枪的人没错，是用枪去犯罪的人有错”，他就是说“恩，恩
”，糊弄过去了。后来面试的过程中，语气非常的condescending,一开始就说"I didn'
t look at your resume, Let me quickly look at this".靠！！我当时就该起身离桌！
我的经验确实不是非常的match他们做的东西，一会奚落我的CPA license是别州注册的
，一会又奚落我之前的公司的经验不是high tech，轮到我问问题的时候，他一说到
MapR就一副屌炸天的姿态，总之非常的不尊重人，让人非常的不舒服。
现在看到楼上的反馈，不敢断言这是不是一个reflection of their management team,
也许公司的管理层就这个调调？或许要经验更match的人去面试才会被尊重，要不然就
是找抽！ |
