有的组常常要求周末加班，还不管饭。晚上回家了还会打电话叫你回office。不过倒是
没有oncall。

感觉大家都没有加班的，下午六点多就走光人了，更多的是走的更早的。上面说的加班
的情况，我是没有见过。我同学在F实习，说是加班啥的很常见
实习生给的钱比我知道的所有的公司给实习生的都多：M,G,L。福利啥的也不错，免费
住房啥的
全职的我没有发言权，但是听他们说是也很不错
公司现在有比较大的人员扩张的计划
但是客观的讲，不加班的氛围，会让人感觉到隐隐的有危机感 |

不加班对员工是好事啊
加班大多长期性加班的地方危机也很大
我在大公司呆过好几个组
发现好的组work life balance都比较好
差的组经常加班还出来了好东西
最后弄不好项目被cut就被别的组给吞并了
当然也有经常加班出活好又多
上头也重视的，职业上升会很快
不过真不多见
不少人没等到享受胜利果实就离开了 |
