我是这个猎头公司（下文中的xxx）W2 雇员。面试时选择contract to hire。但是与猎
头公司的合同中有如下条款，好像我无法直接转为Client的正式员工。请帮忙解读一下

Restrictive Covenant - In consideration of the terms of employment and the
efforts and the costs incurred by xxx, you agree you shall not solicit
Client or engage in a like or similar profession or occupation at Client's
facility or any other facility at which you are directed or actually perform
services under this agreement, either directly or indirectly, for a period
of one hundred eighty (180) days following the termination of your
employment under the terms of this agreement, unless specific written
authorization has been obtained from xxx. You agree that any violation of
this provision will result in your paying to xxx an amount equal to four
hundred (400) hours at the hourly rate as stated in 3 above as compensation
for xxx's efforts and costs incurred in connection with your employment

发帖数: 849 | 2 就是说你和猎头公司终止劳动合同后的180天内不能成为client的类似职位的员工，除
非有你和猎头公司之间的另外协议解除这个限制，或者你缴一笔“赎身费”（按照合同
时薪x400小时）来补偿猎头公司给你的机会。
