to work in a team environment and with cross-functional teams
- Maintain state-of-the-art knowledge
Qualifications
Candidate Qualifications:
Required
- Deep knowledge and experience in robotics, signal/image processing, active
safety sensors, and information fusion for vehicle system applications.
- Working knowledge of radar, laser, vision, ultrasonic sensing and vehicle
positioning technologies applied to development, integration, testing, and
validation.
- Deep knowledge and experience in algorithm and prototype system
development and deployment for automotive active safety systems
- Expertise in sensor fusion, image processing algorithm development and
implementation
- Strong software development skills in C/C++ for Linux, Matlab, dSpace and
OpenCV environments.
- PhD with 2+ years working experience, or MS with 5+ year working
experience, in EE, Computer Science, mathematics or equivalent experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
- Good understanding of vehicle electrical architecture and hardware
interfacing.
- Automotive embedded system development experience.
- High degree of mathematical skill in areas including signal and data
processing.
- Hands-on experience in automotove network protocols such as CAN, Ethernet,
Serial etc.
