收到h1b transfer receipt之后花一个月去美国各地旅游参访，然后开始工作。这之间
gap会影响 h1b和以后绿卡申请吗 |

我的理解是，在你得到邮寄出的receipt和approval(or开始新工作)之间，你必须是
employed，不管是你current company or future company. |

实际操作中短期GAP一般没问题。。呵呵

跟新公司商量一下晚几周开始工作就是了。。

Just want to confirm: It is not allowed to have gap between receiving h1b
receipt and receiving h1b approval
But it is ALLOWED to have gap between receiving H-1B approval and starting
working in new company
So I guess I will resign after H1B transfer
is approved. |

Doesn't this mean it is allowed that I can start working a few weeks after
new H1B gets approved? (During these weeks, I am in unemployed state.)
There are three stages:
1 --------------------------->2------------------------>3
receipt received-------> H1B approved----->start working
My conclusion was 1->2 does not allow to have gap, but 2->3 does allow. Is
it wrong? (Here gap means being unemployed)
