The annual salary will be $45,500, which equals 26 bi-weekly payments of $1,
750, before taxes. You will be paid as an employee, not a contractor. An
year end bonus is offered at my discretion, depending on your performance
and on the performance of the company's.
There will be 5 paid vacation/personal days per year. Since this will be a
full-time position, you can expect to work between 40-50 hours per week,
depending on project deadlines and other needs of the company.
The first 3 months will be an evaluation and probationary period, for us
both to get an understanding of how well your qualifications fit the
requirements of the job. Both parties agree that employment is at-will and
termination is an option within this exploratory period.
As for your visa situation, I will be happy to assist with payment of the
visa filing fees (approximately $1,500). As for assistance for your attorney
's fees, that can be open for discussion.

刚查了 公司成立了四年 有过一个h1b 申请,也被批下来了(他跟我也这么说的) 没有
