或者说不支持h1b，或者说我的经验跟他们的职位不fit...
倒是有个印度人的咨询公司，说可以给我sponsor h1b，
但是h1b的钱要自己出，这个事怎么操作呢？可靠么？
是要我提前给他们h1b的钱让他们帮我file么？
还是说file完了approved了之后上班之后从paycheck里面扣啊？
这种公司可靠么？版上有人去过么？
眼看今年的h1b马上要开始了，找工作也没有眉目，
逼得我有点要狗急跳墙了，就怕摔个大跟斗还陪上5000块
请大家指点一下吧

receive no money until you actually start working for a client. So you know
it's fake job description(because no real job now), fake higher than
prevailing wage (no or low pay now), bench now with no pay,... so, basically
like you use your own company to keep OPT but no real contract from client.
But this type of H1 got cracked down by a memo that requires proof from
clients around 2006. |
