C********N 发帖数: 1263 | 1 I got an offer from a company yesterday, it's a senior Linux administrator's
position. This position was brought by a consulting company, RHT, they
asked me do one month contract period first before I work for the employer
formally. And in this month, I have to pay all of my insurance by myself.
Since I am working as a system admin for a college now which good insurance,
can I negotiate with them about the benefits?
The following is her email:
We have final confirmation that your annual salary will be the $85,000 at
XXX. Your hourly pay from RHT during the 1 month contract is equivalent to
the annual salary of $85,000 and is $40.86 hourly.
Your benefits at XXX are effective after 90 days. We are looking at a few
options around this..
Can you find out if you will receive Cobra benefits after your employment
ends? XXXX is willing to pay you their normal employer contribution for your
medical benefits until you are eligible for the full benefit package.
Thanks for any comments, have a wonderful day. I am in office now without
Chinese input, sorry for the inconvenience. | C********N 发帖数: 1263 | 2 Any help please, support one. | j*******e 发帖数: 1058 | | C********N 发帖数: 1263 | 4 I got an offer from a company yesterday, it's a senior Linux administrator's
