同公司同事、老板关系很好，应该有希望拿回原来的工作。现在因种种原因打算归海，
想请问大家，当时申请的H1B的坑是否还在？或者我必须要和其他人一样排后年的H1B名
额。
PS：我是2009年10月生效的普通H1B。多谢大家！ |

it's remaining years). If you stay out of US > 1 year, you have two
choices, use your 2009H1 or use a new H1 (subject to cap) New H1 sponsor
can be any US company on its US based job. |

with my old H1B term. Just for future references if any one needs it. |
