最后还是基本的数据结构和算法。我们关键是想找对frontEnd开发感兴趣的Engineer.
CSS这东西还是有不少trick的。熟练了也不容易啊。呵呵

There are additional RSU based on performance rating each year after certain
year (used to be 1 in old days, now is 2 because the sign on package is
better than before). That said, if you are super star, you can be promoted
quickly and yo will get additional RSU.

Offer letter 上会说明多长时间只有sign on的cash bonus + RSU （一般1-2年）. 过
了那段时间就可以拿performance based RSU bonus.
promotion可以增加base。没有固定的promotion ratio. SDE 1 to SDE 2很简单。 SDE
2 to SDE 3 不容易。
基本上如果4年后收入下降，就说明这4年来performance rating其实不好。
