一般可以要求加5000，除非你不到10万就不去。
你一次加太多，给人感觉就是没诚意，不想去。他们再想面试别人也正常。 |

发帖数: 2042 | 8 其实现在job market真的没有那么好。一般fresh PhD，非IT，非EE，多数是7、8万，
少数9万，过10万的真的很少。我前段时间拿到的一个offer，boston，觉得给的很少，
询问了一下在公司的师姐，和8年前的offer是一样多的。
如果有其他的offer，就move on吧 |

如果你以前80k，现在要100k，你说是你不对还是别人不对？你这么喊就是没诚意。
一般up to 20%喊。同地区的话。
也就是如果你以前80k，你可以要95k，最后公司可能给你90k。
人家出价85k，你可以出个90k，这样大家都有余地。
做人不能太贪婪，这批HR是吃这个饭的，市场还是比较清楚地。跳一跳只有10%的，很
多。 |

你能从A公司要到90K的offer，去跟B公司要100K，一点

offer之前都尽量回避说数字，拿到offer再negotiate? |

特别是大公司之间。
有人给90k，去要100k的话，问题也很大，人家要么beat，也不需要beat 10%啊，
