We’re still in the process of screening and interviewing candidates and it
might be at least another week to 10 days before the final decision is made.

Im hoping for a positive outcome." [上周]
可是从他们一个月都没回信来看，觉得像是要拒了的。
您觉得是怎么回事呢？我是entry level。
