HC was frozen from Aug to the end of Dec Last year. |

If the HC freeze, all hiring process will stop, include on-going interview
and non-confirmed offer process(the offer is not final accepted by the
applicant). Hiring manager will know the frozen date 1 or 2 days ahead
normally. Most of the hiring managers will call the applicant to confirm yes
/no before the cut-off. There is always exception but it must be approved
by the boss's boss's boss's boss.
Once the frozen period passed, everything should be resumed. But who knows
what's going to happen in n months later? You'd better keep in touch with
the hiring manager(personally). So you maybe jump on to the top of the list
when lifted.
