国，目前有几个面试在等结果，所以在面试的同时也在看OPT的相关规定。
假如最坏的打算是：deadline的时候找不到sponsor的公司，也没有offer，我看似乎有
两个渠道
1. self-employed business owner
2. unpaid employment(volunteer)
关于1,self-employed business owner， 这个是否需要注册公司或者其他官方的审批
呢？
关于2，unpaid employment，中加入做volunteer，是不是volunteer的机构必须是
everifed的公司或者机构？
还希望了解的朋友给解疑。
Self-employed business owner. Students on OPT may start a business and be
self-employed. In this situation, the student must work full time. The
student must be able to prove that he or she has the proper business
licenses and is actively engaged in a business related to the student’s
degree program. For the above, enter “Self Employed” and your personal
living address or that of your company’s location.
Unpaid employment. A student may work as a volunteer or unpaid
intern, where this practice does not violate any labor laws. The work
must be at least 20 hours per week for a student on post-completion
OPT. A student must be able to provide evidence acquired from the
student’s employer to verify that the student worked at least 20 hours
per week during the period of employment. |

OPT延期是1年后的事。你事STEM专业才可以延期。到时候才要找E-verify的公司。 |

work self-employed. But it may depend on your luck.
