offer是要在background check之后才正式。

还没离职吧，所以就算你面试的时候说你还在职也不算什么吧。
另外还是不明白你的意思啊，所以你是觉得背景调查出来什么结果你会失去这个offer
呢？
1. 你说你还在职，但是结果出来说已经离职了
2. 你说还在职，没被查出来
3. 你老实说你已经离职了，结果出来也是已经离职了。

面试的时候在职，简历上写的current employed. 但是上星期离职了。这星期给了
offer。让我填个form，做background check。问问到底怎么填。如果说我这么快就离
职了，是不是不太好。

问题啊。Bless.
背景调查千万不要作假，我背景调查结束后收到最后的调查报告，其中调查人员问得还
是非常详细的，而且有不一致的地方也会标注出来，有的背景调查公司直接联系公司，
而不是你提供的联系人。 |

one month later,but, during the interview , I didn't tell them I was laid
off. The reason is that I don't think I would get the offer, and the company
was smaller than previous one. When the company negotiated with me about
the wage at the second interview, I just thought it wasn't the right time to tell then.
After half month, I got the offer.
The true is, at that time, I really didn't know how important the
background check is.
Maybe, my story wasn't a good sample.

of current employer ? I think they can't go to talk to your current
employer because doing that will jeopardize your current job.
For my recent experience, my new employer just asked me to show recent
paycheck of current employment. They didn't go to verify my current job.
Anybody has any other experiences ?

人care吧。不是什么原则性问题。但是如果你填的假的信息，被查出来了，就是原则性
问题了。

发帖数: 928 | 14 背景调查可以包括现在的公司的。一般这是通过HR的一套系统，你现在的
老板是不会知道的。背景调查不只是限于找工作的时候，就是你要贷款买房
时也需要。有时候申请公司更高的security clearance level也需要。 |
