1 personality test - 比较不靠谱 纯属撞大运
2 phone screening - 聊天 测试口语听力 决定第3步
3a PS - Good -> 4 Onsite - 属于PS后被强力推荐
3b PS - Good but not that good -> Writing Test - 属于PS后觉得还不错
4 Onsite - w/o 3b then writing test during the same day - 基本是两个里取一个了
5 Offer - HR会强力和你讲公司是多么美好你绝对应该接受这个offer【 在 backtou (

start H1B once you accepted offer
start GC/PERM once you actually start, usually setting PD w/i the first 12
months.

Main complain is they use outdated technologies like VB, and other
technologies that are only used in the healthcare and finance industries. So
once you work there, the only other places your Epic experience would be
valuable are Epic's competitors and customers, but those places are all
blocked off for 1 year after you leave by their non-compete agreement with
you. So that means you are stuck. The longer you work there, the more you
are isolated on that island, especially if you are also waiting for your EB3
green card.

将会发现你这几年的工作经验不仅一文不值，反倒会成为你的负担
