发帖数: 8496 | 2 Did you have valid OPT when you filed FY2013 cap H1B? if so, post-comp OPT
will automatically cap-gap extended to Oct 1. You can work using your
current OPT (or cap-gap OPT if EAD is expired)
You can travel and get F1 visa if your OPT EAD is still good. However, if
your EAD has expired, you lose cap-gap extended OPT when you leaves USA. |
