Controller
A well-established, fast-paced food distribution company is looking for an
experienced , industrious controller. The main functions include but are not
limited to
1. Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing
policies and procedures
2. Ensure accounts payable are paid in a timely manner and accounts
receivable are collected promptly
3. Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism,
performance issues, etc.
4. Process payroll in a timely manner and address any issue regarding
benefit
5. Project different reports and ensure an accurate and timely monthly end
close
6. Manage cash follow, debit payments and complete periodic bank
reconciliations
7. Review and analyze weekly inventory report to indentify and investigate
inventory variance
8. Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions
9. Other administrative work as required
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Must have a minimum of 3 years working experience as an accounting
manager or a controller in the US working for a US company
2. Masters Degree from an accredited university in either Accounting,
Finance, or Business management
3. Must have experience of handling AP, AR, HR, Inventory, and other
administrative issues including but not limited to, Taxes, insurance,
banking
4. Knowledge of Chinese language is helpful, but not required
5. Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
6. Strong ability to handle multi-task and stress under deadline
