， 她就安排时间让我和部门主管谈一下。 我回信后到现在有2周了， 没任何消息。 这种情况，
我该怎么办， 是给hr manager发信问一下， 还是问部门主管， 或者继续等。 给点

Hiring manager is the decision maker.
HR is just follow the hiring manager's decision and pass the message between
you and the company.
