General Summary:
• Writes functional detailed design specs as well as responding to
requirement documents and system level test plans.
• Significant contributor to organizational goals and objectives.
• Interacts cross functionally on matters that require coordination
across organization lines.
• Offers proposed design changes/suggestions to processes and
products, exerts significant latitude in determining objectives of an
assignment.
Required Background:
• Minimum 3 years of OOP experience in Delphi, Java, Flex or .Net
in Windows Environment.
• Experience in development methodologies is a must (requirements
docs, design reviews, supervising tests etc).
• Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Should be familiar with project development under version control
(CVS etc.).
• Symmetrix configuration is a big plus
• Relevant experience in storage array management software is a
plus.
• UI development or complex system development is a plus.
• Must be able to work independently and in a global team
environment.
