An immediate opening for Human Resources Director.
Minimum qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business or
related field supplemented by six to nine years of experience in human
resource operations and management.
Or, an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that
provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
General job duties:
Reporting to the Vice President and General Manager, the Human Resources
Director provides strategic leadership in all human resources functions of
the Company, including recruitment and employment, training and development,
compensation and benefits, employee services, HRIS, and overall human
resources strategic planning.
The Human Resources Director ensures company compliance with all applicable
personnel policies and procedures and all state and federal laws and
regulations pertaining to employment.
The Human Resources Director also supervises duties of subordinate
managerial and support staff. Supervisory duties include Instructing;
assigning, reviewing and planning work of others; maintaining standards;
coordinating activities; allocating personnel; selecting new employees;
acting on employee problems; and recommending and approving employee
promotions, transfers, discipline, discharge and salary increases.
Job requirements:
Tactical knowledge of employment law, employee relations and hiring.
Exceptional communication skills and an outgoing personality.
Excellent computer skills; prefer experience with Microsoft Office.
Strong public speaking skills.
Must be an organized self-starter with a desire to succeed.
Available to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
Must comply with company's costuming and grooming standards.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and substance abuse test.
