c**2 发帖数: 8496	2 company's H1B while still remaining in school? when OISS thinks you are F1, they make sure you are enrolled as a full-time student, otherwise they must report violation in SEVIS. That SEVIS bad record history will flag USCIS/ICE /CBP everytime when a DHS officer is accessing your information.

w******n 发帖数: 309	4 因为我是ABT，不需要上课，就注册一个相当于FULL TIME 的那种。就是说我如果又有 H1B,又有F1，行么？
c**2 发帖数: 8496	5 if H1 approved with I-94, you are H1 now and no longer F-1, the good thing is you don't even need to 注册一个相当于FULL TIME 的那种, you only need to register again for the semester of oral defence and graduation.
