J*L 发帖数: 447	1 LP现在是在大学里做生物postdoc，属于non-profit h1b. 想找公司的工作。请问如果接到公司的offer，在转industry的h1b期间能不能开始工作，还是说要等到新的h1b拿到之后才能工作？谢谢
c**2 发帖数: 8496	2 To eliminate the concerns/uncertainty, pay $1225 to us PP, no worry of this problem then. After all, without PP, it will take 3, 4 or even 6 months and you will always be worry about this before GC approval.
