的邮件是ONSITE后4天HR给我发的，之后就没回音了，要不要问下HR具体什么时候给消

candidates, and hope to have a decision in the next couple of weeks.

一般内部开个新的职位要多久啊？

之前表现又不错，现在正好去探一下口风。就是不要太频繁的followup。 |

求），新职位没有发在网上的，HR已经把具体的新职位描述发给我了

不过公司怎么弄的那么慢呢？都等的焦头烂额了，晚上做梦都梦到这个工作了，哎
