effective on 10/1/2011.
However, my current job may not be stable.
If I want to change job, when can I do it?
What documents I should have in order to do H1B transfer?
As to H1B transfer, should the new job be in the same field as my major?
I am trying to collect all the documents needed from my current employer, so
I am prepared for H1B transfer.
