但是合同可能5月中就结束了。在3月份已经申请了H1B transfer，现在还没有approve
，请问是不是合同结束就out of status，要回国了?对H1B transfer有影响吗？ 谢谢!

first, then start second job. That is ok de.
The only problem is that when they review your h1b transfer package, they
will want your most recent pay stub. If they do not deem what you provide is
most recent, then you will get a conditional approval. Meaning you will go
back to china to get a visa stamp and come in.
My coworker just did that as she could not provide pay stub. She does not
have pay stub as she was paid cash...And everything worked out.
So dont worry enjoy the new job and good luck with everything!
