今天HR发来一封邮件问expected salary
奇怪为什么第一轮面试跟他谈的时候不问
现在过来问这个
请问一般怎么回答
在glassdoor上查了这个公司的类似职位
取平均薪水值可以吗？
还是取一个偏低的薪水值？
另外还有什么其他网站可以提供salary信息吗？

反问他按常例给多少钱？然后自己掂量一下 觉着太少了就适当negotiate |

them: acceptable as long as it is within the range of the position or/and
commensurate with my experience.
If they give you the offer, you may proceed to bargain there. Don't ask for
any salary. |
