收到邮件要3面，还没定时间，说在找match的host
不知道这个完了是不是就给final decision。。。

are many cases that you did well but the host can pick only one intern. In
that case the recruiter will put your resume back to the poll and you have
to wait for next manager to call you. Waiting for host matching can be long
and frustrating, worst of all, there is no guarantee that you will be
matched eventually. Once I asked a recruiter whether people qualified for
the first two technical rounds but didn't get matched have any edge in their
future application to google, the answer is none. Anyway, once you are in
host matching stage, be optimistic and wait for a call from your future
manager. |

How long have you already waited for? I got email from recruiter yesterday
that I'm currently in host match
process, after that there is no update.
