Salary: Amazon > Microsoft for fresh graduate and junior engineer;For senior
, both should be able to match your offer.
工作强度: Generally, amazon should be busier due to the online service work,
but it really depends on what your team is working on. You cannot tell
unless u really join the team
职业吸引力: Depends on your interest. I think XBOX development is more
interesting, but you might think distributed system is more interesting.
This is really personal prefererence.
发展空间: both are big corporation and you need to wait years to get
promoted. I would say they are equal in this aspect.

薪酬待遇方面 A更有竞争力吗 听说他们没有YEAR-END BONUS 福利也不如M啊 |

发帖数: 106 | 4 对fresh graduate/junior，amazon给base要高些，我觉得差不多好像base salary起码
要比msft多10k吧，不过也是考虑到把benefit cut掉的结果。
senior不清楚。
