前正在用opt在另一个公司工作，原本打算干到2/11的。现在H1B在1/31生效，是不是
opt就自动失效了？那岂不是1/31到2/11这一段时间我在目前公司工作就不合法了？发

发帖数: 143 | 3 H1b approval notice has a validation date, it is only valid on or after that
date, so before that date, your opt should still be valid, same for you F1
status. On the validation date, UCSIS should automatically send an email to
your current school to inform your change of status and your SEVIS record
should also be automatically closed.
