received a sufficient number of H-1B petitions to reach the statutory cap

fiscal year (FY) 2011. USCIS is notifying the public that yesterday, Jan.
26,
2011, is the final receipt date for new H-1B specialty occupation petitions
requesting an employment start date in FY2011.

我的case 22好开始的
他们本来要让我交材料的，邮件没有发给我，我到4号收到邮件，隔天交齐了材料，后
来才知道他们13号才file我的LCA
本来上个星期LCA 就批准了，弄到昨天才帮我申请
这还是个专门的移名律师事务所呢

有三个律师管我的case,打电话过去没有一个人在的，留言也不回，就有一个还回回邮件
我跟他们说了，名额要用完了，他们还有那谁谁谁估计你能赶得上的
这还是正经的律师事务所阿
我自己来都比这个快

In year 2007, it took a day or two.
In year 2008, it took a week(USCIS accepted H1b application for a week then
took lottery from those applications. 80% US adv degree got H1b in that
lottery and I was the other 20%)
In year 2009, it was gone at the end of Dec
This year 2010 (Fiscal 2011) is the best in the last five years.
