On Jan 6, a hiring manager called me and talked about setting up Skype
interview one week later, but he never did. One moment ago, I found that
they posted the ad on internet again.
During the telephone conversation, he just asked me if $50,000 is
acceptable. I said yes b/c I preferred balanced life and
university setting--I have time to take care of my kids. He mentioned
about how much they can accommodate a mom.
Why did the interest vanished? The initial ad was posted on internet last
Oct.
Maybe, I should not have mentioned about my kid. That made him think that
I might want more leaves of absences from work?

it doesn't matter if u mentioned the kids or not. things do happen. just
move on.

发帖数: 391 | 4 Actually, he only talked about the two big pieces of the job functions. Then
, he talked about if the salary is ok. That is it. How can he determine if I
am a fit or not from this limited conversation.
Weird. Seems to be doomed with this position. |
