整个项目都是我一手策划的,如果我走了,对他们影响很大.他们需要重新招人,从头来.
现在一个公司,工资也就高10000刀左右,但公司机会对我这种没有工业界经验的人也很
宝贵.所以 想跳.学校职位是1年的,1年以后不知道如何,公司是只要 有项目,只要做的
好,可以做很久. 头说他还没有因为项目少开人的. | d**e

appreciation to your current employer, you can't let it become liability to
you.
At the end of the day, you have to choose what's best to your family and
your career in the bigger picture.
You can help them by giving them more advanced notice, helping them with the
transition, or even provide them support after you leave. But you shouldn't
give up a better opportunity just because you think it will hurt your
current employer.
Think about it. If they find a better person for the position, they will
likely replace you with that person. If they are nice, they will give you a
nice severance package, and help you find your next job, but they probably
won't give up the other person just because you have contributed a lot in
the past.
If they are reasonable people, they will understand your decision. | f*********y
