因为A公司是我的dream company
可是转念想想,会不会在美国,这种情况A公司一般不会让你做full time员工,
因为这样算是挖了staffing company的角,要避嫌?

to get a full-time position in A later, given your performance is good. So
even you cannot join A right after you leave the staffing company, you can
get back to A after a few months. |

不过也是有可能的。当时我一个同事就从contractor转为direct hire了。不清
楚他怎么处理的。

Case 1: The position is "contract to hire" position, then you can be
converted to full-time if you have good performance.
Case 2: The position is only a contractor position, then there is little
chance that the client will hire you. And in the contract, it will claim
that how long you have to do with this contract. If you break it, you have
to pay twice to ten times punishment. |
