lawyer told me that LCA put wrong tax ID and thus it is denied.
He has sent the correct ID to LCA and hopefully it can be really fixed. |

btw even for the higher position in the same company, it's still very
possible to get denied, my fri had the same experience, got rejected twice,
thus she returned china

发帖数: 156 | 7 公司的人说是移民局的人输入错了tax id，但是如果查不到TAX ID是不是先RFE，而不
会直接拒吧？
另外在
http://iCERT.doleta.gov/
查到的状态，RFE会显示RFE还是DENIED？ |

take 7 days for you to get another decision. That is not even count as H1B.
