my previous manager is qualcomm's St*v* M*ll*y.
When I left. I sent an email saying I am leaving. I have to take care of
some personal business for a week and come back for 2 week helping
transition. the manager come to ask me where I go and I said, yeah, I left
to join XXX. It is not a direct competitor at that time. 5 mins later, this
St*v* come to my office and said I can't take 1 week vacation after I send
the resignation letter. I'll have to work for 2 weeks and go.
The next guy who left told me he sent resign letter on Monday, this St*v*
guy asked him to work exact two weeks and leave on Tuesday which strangled
him in San Diego for an extra week.

新的公司需要我头儿的背景调查确认。所以， 我在背景调查之前就告诉老板了。他也
很配合。背景调查很顺利。 离开公司之前， 部门还专门花钱， 请曾经和我合作过的
