发帖数: 609 | 4 他不能限制你跳槽，但是non-compete的作用就在于你离开后公司可以选择搞你。好一
点的公司会付你工资让你呆在家里，前提是你足够重要，坏处是你会损失工作机会和留
有一段gap。如果只是崔奔一个的话一般公司不会care你去哪。但是如果和公司闹僵的
话，他们可以花钱派人调查你新的工作单位和工作性质，然后告上法院限制你工作。等
法院判决的时候都好多个月了，即使你打赢工作基本也没了，其实是双输。

In my case, the company I'm working for is a startup, which is in a very
unstable financial situation right now. So, I cannot stay because I am on
H1B and they may not have resources to chase after me. The question is: how
much does it cost for the company to sue me? If it is over a quarter million
, then I would ignore the contract and live with the risk. |

risk。现在没办法讲他们会不会将来在你跳槽到同行业公司时候告你，或者你要赔多少
钱。 |
