I just checked that there are still a lot of quota left for H1B (either
normal or advanced) for 2010. The starting application date for H1B in 2011
is next April 1. So I wonder, whether I can apply H1B from January 1,2011 to
April 1,2011 (or even after April 1,2011) using the quota of 2010 if there
are still some left? Will the remaining quota from previous year will roll
over the next year?
How long/how many weeks/how many months will it take | b*******y

可以一直用到明年九月三十号
然后新财年开始
没用完的不会roll over
申请H1B到批准可能需要几个星期甚至几个月
需要的话可以加急
BTW: you won't be able to get EAD card by applying H1B..
