for H1B? How do they trust ICC
on that? Why can't ICC fake a project? The whole point is to stay away from
ICC. Let them go to hell and die.

If you are on project and apply for H1B, the USCIS officer will call the
manager of your client. They even come to the manager's office to verify
that your are currently working there.
So it is very hard for ICC to fake a project.

in 2007-2008, there were 20,000 H1B holders who stayed in India.

can not audit every H1B. This
week, the H1B application roared to over 1000. I think ICC figured out
something to deal with USCIS, even
though I don't know what they are yet.

而且现在收取了更多的防fraud费用，大部分icc的h1b都会实地走访。
