递交申请，拿到的offer是一个非盈利机构，他们也同意马上办H1B。刚看了版上几个同
学的case，好像OPT申请到批准要好几个月，有点担心时间来不及，不知道申请H1B能否
快一点。另外询问一下, OPT递交申请后，是否一定要等到EAD才能开始工作，还是case
apporve了就行了？ |

I have not got degree yet， can I have my advisor or dept head write a
letter to show that I can graduate before August.
