月的项目。让我签合同，其中一条款是要求我项目结束后12个月内都不能接受该客户L
的任何offer,请问这样的条款合理吗？ 该不该签呢？
条款是：Consultant is hereby precluded from soliciting direct employment
with the client without appropriate discussion with the employer nor should
consultant accept client’s job offers without appropriate discussion with
the employer. This clause applies, and remains effective twelve (12) months
after contract termination with the employer.
