any help would be appreciated!
1. if i'm already working in this firm in OPT, should I indicate this
status in my H1B petition? if so, where? in the cover letter?

but if i select YES, there're 2 options:
1. if yes, is it because the beneficiary's annual rate of pay is equal to
at least $60,000?
2. or is it because the beneficiary has master's or higher degree in a
speciality related to the employment?
i should still select #2. right?
