Actually, almost all my interviewers had my resume in hand when they
interviewed me. But it's better to be prepared. Also, you may want to bring
a reference list with you. But dont show it unless you are asked to. Contact
your references before puting down their names on your list.
Proper attire is also very important. You can ask the company about the dress
code.
