大盘，25% bond, 25% emerging.
似乎大部分Vanguard的emerging market fund 费用都比较高。请问有没有其他的推荐
，expense 低一些。index fund就可以了。

lower. I don't think you can find anything cheaper than these two. Emerging
market is expected to be more expensive than domestic. |
