103 key hotel, formally Bestwestern, now independant, sits on 9.1 acres of
ground, across the intersection from Walmart, closed escrow Sept 2015,
purchase price 595k, renovation and re-development budget 670k.
long term plan is to sub-divide the 9.1 acres into 4 parcels, keep the hotel
in operation, develop 1 parcel into mini self storages and may sell the
remaining 2.
Oct-Dec 2015 Hotel Operation.
Total Income 111,462.39
Net Income 23,589.03
