this 1 万 with be considered as part of your income for the year, and you
will have to pay the federal and state income the next year when filing the
return, which could increase your tax bracket.
if you get loan form it, you still need to pay back it at an interest rate
which might be higher that your current one.
Not recommended.

房贷的利息是付给银行的
你唯一的损失是401k的利息交了double tax

x*******e 发帖数: 1905 | 9 不完全正确,银行贷出来的钱你如果不贷,不会有“OPPORTUNITY LOSS”。自己401
K就会。比如你借出来5万,利息4%,double tax, 25%税率,你似
乎COST只有1%,但是,如果这5年,股市上涨30%,你的损失是很大的。也就
是说,你的401K的钱如果不借出来,自己是会产生收益的。只有你借钱节省的钱比
这个收益高的时候,借401K才是划算的。
借银行的钱,利息4%,就是4%,只要你有投资可以得到大于4%的收益,就应该借
银行。如果你不借钱,这些钱也不会为你产生任何收益。
综上所述,通常情况下,尽量借银行的钱,除非是首付不够,或者银行利率过高(比如
5%首付,需要你7%的利息),可以用钱把利息大幅降低的时候,可以从401K里
面借。
