户。很多人在找房时是开车在感兴趣的小区自己看的,这是一些我的房客亲口告诉我的
,现在CL上的骗子太多。

First, remember you are in business now. You want to differentiate your
product. Price is usually the easiest route (make yours $50-100 lower than
comparables). You can also try other differentiations, depending on your
location and target customers.
Second, winter is slow season, 1 month or longer is usual.
Third, to increase exposure, you can try CL, Zillow (free), or pay someone
to advertise in your local MLS system.
Fourth, when you find a tenant, remember never sign a lease that ends in
winter again!
Last, don't ever lower your standards because of the difficulties you are
facing. You would rather suffer some pain now than dealing with a bigger

多。
