My property mortgage in China is 8%+APR
I am offered 0%APR for 1 or 1.5 year(3% transfer fee) on my several Credit Cards
here, total amount available is tens of thousand USD.
Is it money wise to borrow money from CC here to pay mortgage in China? Any
downside of doing it?
