Buy low, sell high, how complicate is that?
I won't over-weight the stock yet though. I think people should still under-
weight stock because it is still over-valued.

look at those I bought in the last couple days, ALLRF SSN QRM TASXF
two things IMO. this is a bear market rally, we are clearly
back into a bear market, so where to sell this rally is your call. second,
index will be lagged behind strong stocks quite a bit in this rally. But I
have no other options in my 401K besides a few index funds.

所以我捞底只能抱着捞大底的方式去做。捞进来后，就要长期持有了。每次捞
5%， 越捞越down, 总会捞到大底为止的。
我觉得你眼光不错，所以再问问大局吧，你觉得现在的经济前景，比2008年看未来的经
济前景好还是差？也就是这次熊市会不会像上次那样凶猛？

economy is worse than 08 for sure
whether stock markets go higher depends on how much the central banks
will print. measured by gold, stocks can only go down in the next a few
years

好像没有任何别的限制。

serious discussion on continuing this strategy.
My advice - do what hurts
If you’re lucky, you’ll live long enough to see several more market
plunges. They will also be painful, and buying after the plunge will hurt
more than you can imagine thinking about it today from an intellectual
standpoint.
Truth is that successful investing will always come down to buying low and
selling high, which means you sell your winners and buy more losers. Sure,
it will hurt and, sure, you will look stupid to those who don’t understand
the wisdom of rebalancing. But you know what else it will do? Make you a lot
of money.

if you receive letter from fidelity, then the letter would say that
you would be penalized or not. Then you will know the policy.
If you do not receive any letter, then it means you can trade as frequently
as you want.
You can call to ask the policy, or do one round trip to find the result.

因为绝望了。一般的回调，都会有人捞得。更何况我的大部分仓位是cash,
不就是为了捞的吗。每跌5%左右捞5%。 可以一直捞到s&p 300点才能把现在的
cash用完。不过到那时候，又多了积累起来的新的contribution. 所以我预计
可以捞到彻底崩盘。就算捞到彻底崩盘，我的均价也是 600点，not too bad.
