we are thinking whether we should sale some ESPPs year by year or just sale
them all together at some high point. Assume our annual income is about 200k
and that we can make 200k and all ESPP is two years old already, I wonder
whether the above two options make any difference in tax (tax rate)?

capital gain/loss, so the tax rate should be flat.
